The CCHAP offers two types of professional training: vocational programs and skills workshops.
Vocational Programs
A typical vocational program is offered to a post-secondary student looking to learn a new profession. The vocational training includes theory classes with practical demonstration of professional tasks under an experienced and certified instructor followed by a placement in the related healthcare and pharmaceutical industry. A typical program is six months to nine months. A diploma or certificate is offered at the completion of training that is Approved as a vocational program under the Private Career Colleges Act, 2005
Skills Workshops
The CCHAP also offers short-term training as skills workshops to professionals looking for upgrading their skills to enhance their job performance. Some of these training are designed for seeking additional earning opportunities in closely related careers.
